About Dr. Kotzias
Dr. Georgios Kotzias is a board-certified podiatric physician and experienced foot and ankle surgeon committed to providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. He believes successful treatment begins with listening carefully, explaining the available options, and creating an individualized plan based on each patient’s condition, lifestyle, and goals.
His clinical interests include conservative and surgical foot and ankle care, sports medicine, minimally invasive and reconstructive procedures, diabetic wound management, limb salvage, custom orthotics, bracing, and pediatric foot care. Whether treating chronic pain, an athletic injury, a complex wound, or a structural condition, Dr. Kotzias focuses on relieving discomfort, restoring mobility, and achieving the best possible long-term outcome.
Dr. Kotzias completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Foot and Ankle Surgery at Trinitas Regional Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He has performed more than 2,000 surgical procedures involving trauma, reconstruction, diabetic wound care, limb salvage, and elective foot and ankle surgery.

Dr. Kotzias serves as Podiatric Residency Director and a faculty member at Trinitas Regional Medical Center. Through teaching, continuing education, and active engagement with advances in podiatric medicine and surgery, he remains current with evolving treatment techniques and standards of care.
