Diagnostic Technology

ABI/PVR Vascular Testing

These painless, non-invasive studies evaluate blood flow in the legs and feet. Blood-pressure comparisons and pulse-volume measurements can help identify arterial narrowing, reduced circulation, and possible peripheral arterial disease.

Diagnostic Ultrasound

Diagnostic ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves to create real-time images of tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves, joints, and soft-tissue masses. It involves no radiation and can help guide diagnosis and treatment planning.

Conservative & Supportive Care

Non-surgical care is selected according to the diagnosis, symptoms, activity level, and personal goals, with an emphasis on reducing pain and supporting function whenever possible.

Conservative Care

Individualized non-surgical treatment may include bracing, immobilization, compression, medication, activity modification, exercise, physical therapy, footwear changes, or other measures chosen for the patient's condition.

Ankle-Foot Orthotics

Custom ankle-foot braces support weak muscles and unstable joints while controlling abnormal motion. Depending on the design, an AFO may improve alignment, balance, walking mechanics, and confidence during daily activities.

Custom Orthotics

Prescription shoe inserts are designed for an individual's foot structure and biomechanics. They can improve alignment, redistribute pressure, support deformities, reduce strain, and make standing or walking more comfortable.

Diabetic Shoes

Specialized footwear and inserts are designed to reduce pressure and friction, accommodate deformities, and protect vulnerable skin. Features may include extra depth, soft interiors, wide toe boxes, and supportive soles.

Pediatric Foot Care

Age-appropriate evaluation and conservative care address children's foot, heel, nail, and walking concerns. Early assessment can help distinguish normal development from problems that may benefit from support or treatment.

Physical Support & Rehabilitation

Physical therapy, stretching, strengthening, balance work, and guided exercise may improve flexibility, mobility, walking mechanics, and recovery following an injury or procedure. Recommendations are tailored to the patient's needs.

In-Office & Advanced Therapies

Specialized in-office and regenerative options may be considered after a complete evaluation. Suitability depends on the diagnosis, health history, severity, and treatment goals.

Deep Muscle Stimulation

DMS therapy uses rapid percussion and mechanical vibration to target deep muscle and soft tissue. It may help reduce tension, improve flexibility and circulation, mobilize restricted tissue, and complement rehabilitation.

Fungal Nail Laser Therapy

REMY Class IV laser energy is directed through the nail toward fungal organisms in the nail bed. This non-invasive treatment is intended to disrupt fungal activity and support healthier nail growth without downtime.

Class IV Laser Therapy

Therapeutic light energy penetrates injured tissue to support cellular activity, circulation, and tissue repair. Treatment is non-invasive and may be included in plans for pain, inflammation, tendon problems, sprains, or soft-tissue injuries.

PRP Injections

Platelet-rich plasma is prepared from a small sample of the patient's blood and injected into an injured area. Concentrated platelets and growth factors are used to support the body's healing response in selected tendon, ligament, joint, and soft-tissue conditions.

Regenerative Medicine Consultation

An individualized evaluation helps determine whether bone marrow aspirate or another regenerative option may be appropriate for a chronic tendon, ligament, cartilage, joint, or soft-tissue problem that has not responded to standard care.

Advanced Wound Care

Treatment for diabetic and complex lower-extremity wounds may include debridement, pressure relief, advanced dressings, infection management, circulation assessment, and coordinated care intended to promote healing and prevent complications.

Surgical & Specialized Care

When appropriate non-surgical treatment is not enough, surgical or highly coordinated care may be considered to relieve pain, restore alignment, improve function, and reduce serious complications.

Foot & Ankle Surgery

Surgery may be considered when pain persists, deformity progresses, mobility declines, or an injury does not heal adequately. Procedures are selected for the diagnosis and may correct deformity, repair tissue, stabilize joints, or treat trauma.

Reconstructive Procedures

Complex reconstruction addresses severe deformity, Charcot collapse, trauma, instability, or major alignment problems. Treatment may realign bones, repair or transfer tendons, stabilize or fuse joints, and create a more functional foot.

Limb Preservation

Coordinated wound, circulation, infection, offloading, and reconstructive care focuses on healing tissue, preserving mobility, and reducing the risk of amputation for patients with complex diabetic or vascular foot problems.
